Order Processing


All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is successfully received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.


During periods of high demand, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.


Shipping Times


Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:


  • United States: 3–10 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days


Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Costs


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.


Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website when available.


Order Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Shipping Information


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. VaultCollective is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages


VaultCollective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.


If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist with any shipping-related concerns.


International Orders


International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.


VaultCollective is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


Damaged Items


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
